Frinton and Walton has been Mark’s home since birth: he has been our elected County Councillor since 2017 Mark is married to Raluca and together they have two children both of whom, like Mark, live and work in our local community.
Dedicated to improving quality of life Mark has served the local area, at different times as a Town and District Councillor, Trustee of a number of charities and local organisations and a governor of local schools.
He is Managing Director of one of our local retail businesses , Harwoods of Essex Ltd and remains committed to policies that will promote small business and extend employment opportunities in our locality.
Mark’s interests in transport have led to his continued effort to improve the connectivity between road, rail and local bus services …and a lifelong commitment to support and extend our community transport services
